We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and flow of materials and products across our organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various departments—retail, warehouse, and HQ—to ensure they have the supplies they need to operate efficiently and cost-effectively.

Source and procure materials and supplies across all departments, balancing quality, cost, and availability.
Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to support daily business operations without disruption.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure high-quality products at the best possible value.
Coordinate delivery and logistics from both local and international vendors to our warehouse
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure consistent availability of required materials, components, and equipment.
Track all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure timely processing and payment of supplier invoices to maintain positive supplier partnerships.
Monitor logistics and warehousing costs, identify opportunities for savings, and implement efficiency improvements.
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to manage multiple procurement projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
Highly organized with excellent time and project management abilities.
Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and comfortable with data analysis.

Strong administrative capabilities and multitasking skills.
