Student Events Coordinator

Zaber is in search of a detail-oriented, creative, and driven Marketing Events Coordinator with a passion for customers and technology to join our Marketing Team. As a member of our dynamic and growing marketing team, you will play a key role in reaching new customers, creating a great first impression, and highlighting the many reasons why Zaber's products and services have earned our customers' loyalty over the last 25 years.
We specialize in designing and manufacturing devices that simplify automation in photonics, life sciences, and industrial systems. As an Events Coordinator, you will:
Oversee all aspects of exhibition coordination, including registration, procurement of services such as labor, electricity, lead retrieval, rentals, invoice management, shipping, flight and hotel bookings, among other responsibilities.
Coordinate all marketing communication elements for each event, including backdrops, printed materials, videos, social media posts, website updates, promotional items, and live product demonstrations.
Evaluate and document trade show performance metrics, and conduct post-show debriefs and analysis. Coordinate trade show calendar planning to align with Zaber's strategic direction. Coordinate tours, careers fairs, and student team sponsorship
You’re the ideal Events Coordinator if you have experience with:
An events planning or marketing designation, or experience managing events in a B2B technology-related industry.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering multiple events simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances, and a strategic mindset to evaluate events based on their alignment with company objectives.
A passion for travel and/or enjoyment of being in the field during events and supporting as necessary.
