• Free on-site parking
• Reporting & Audit: Responsible for issuing consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and leading annual and tax audits.
• Oversight of the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial modeling (3-year plan).
• Treasury & Risk: Debt management, monitoring of bank covenants, and application of foreign exchange (FX) policies.
• Implementation of internal controls, accounting policies, and ensuring full tax compliance.
• Management, coaching, and performance development of the accounting team.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation is a strong asset.

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and budgeting.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and advanced lookup functions).
• Full bilingualism (French and English, oral and written) is required to support stakeholders across different regions.
