Surveillance Manager Location London, ON N5W 5K3 : Job Type: Full-Time Starting Salary: $79,405 The Gateway to Your Future You've mastered the surveillance operator role and have solid knowledge of table games. As a Surveillance Manager, you will lead and work with the surveillance team and use your natural attention to detail to identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity, unusual play or deviations from internal controls. Supervise and manage team performance while participating in surveillance activities
Train, coach and provide corrective feedback and recognition of individual/team accomplishments
Communicate with surveillance staff and management regarding investigations, and current issues
Maintain knowledge of BCLC/AGLC, GPEB Policy and Procedure, FOIPPA and FinTrac
experience as a Surveillance Operator.
Post -secondary degree, diploma or certificate in a related field is an asset.
Thorough knowledge of Gateway, BCLC/AGLC and GPEB policies pertinent to casino and surveillance operations.
Working knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada is an asset.
Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
Strong vision with ability to focus on a computer screen for long periods of time
Are confident with your judgement and can clearly convey your findings in writing.
Experience with Microsoft Office, video monitors and recording equipment.
