HR Administrator - Full Time - Temporary

Cornerstone Counselling is looking add a summer Human Resources Assistant to our Edmonton Glenora team! This position is full-time and hourly through the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
As a Canada Summer Jobs funded position, applicants must be aged between 18 and 30 years old on the start date of the job; have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); and be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada. International Students or temporary residents of Canada are not eligible.
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program at a post-secondary institution or is in-progress of or holds a certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources
Intermediate user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in an office setting is an asset
Development and implementation of HR policies
Reviewing and development of the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual
Assisting in full-cycle recruitment processes (screening, interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
Other administrative tasks as needed
