As Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll help grow the CYBEX brand, expand consumer reach, and drive engagement through strategic collaborations with key retail partners. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with sales, retail, events, and global teams.
We’re a tight-knit, creative team that moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins big and small. Drive brand awareness and trial through digital media and agency partnerships.
Collaborate with retail and agency partners on in-store/online activations to grow traffic and category sales.
Develop strategic marketing distributions (e.g., Present product innovations to retail partners and support key customer meetings and events.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Global Marketing) to achieve business goals.
Manage and track the marketing budget, including spend planning, POs, and reporting.
Evaluate key projects for ROI and effectiveness; provide insights for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or advanced degree in Marketing
Minimum 2 years work experience in brand management or marketing with a consumer goods company, with experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies
Proven track record in delivering several complex projects at a time
Strong technical experience with Microsoft apps (must be strong in MS Excel) and digital system technology in general;
Experience with software/programs (ex Adobe Illustrator) that can execute marketing creatives (i.e. video cut downs, imagery work, etc.)
Analytical & data driven
Currently the role works out of home office with in-person team meetings multiple times a month at flex spaces within West Greater Toronto Area. There is potential for future in-office work environment
Salary Range: $65,000-$80,0000 with bonus
