At Homa , we believe in providing top-quality window cleaning and exterior services that businesses can rely on. We're looking for a Commercial Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new clients, solving problems, and helping businesses keep their properties in top shape.
Competitive Base Salary: $55,000 per year? Commission: 1% on all sales (no cap!)? Performance Bonuses:
- 5,000 when you reach $600K in sales
- Supportive & Energetic Team: Work with a crew that values teamwork, ambition, and delivering top service.? Connecting with business owners & property managers - Building trust and long-term relationships.
Expanding our commercial client base - Networking, outreach, and on-site visits.
Assessing customer needs & providing tailored solutions - Every business is different, and you'll help them find the right services.
Managing your pipeline & hitting targets - Keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and new opportunities.
