POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is part of the Human Resource Team, providing support in the areas of administration, time management, staffing and recruitment. This position is also involved in short-term projects, training, and supporting the department through completion of a variety of daily activities.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM:

- Verifying weekly production time sheets, coordinate and administer leaves of absences, and other approved leaves.
- Maintain company bulletin boards to ensure compliance with Federal, Provincial, and local posting requirements.
- Maintain information on company TV systems to ensure items are broadcast with up-to-date material.
- Assist in maintaining current information in our ATS, assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks and other recruitment activities.
- Assist with onboarding in Neogov and Personality
- Assist in the administration and coordination of occupational and non-occupational illness and injury with providers including STD, LTD, WCB, and MPIC claims.
- Responsible for tracking payroll reports, reimbursement and deductions.
- Assist with employee engagement activities: service awards, birthday celebration etc.
- Compile, track, and report data as required.
- Maintain employee folder by filing related correspondence into employee files including performance management, and salary administration documentation.
- Coordinate the ordering of office and lunchroom supplies.
- Act as first point of contact for enquiries.
- Assist all HR staff with administrative tasks when required.
