Human Resources/Recruitment Administrator

Our Distribution Operations group is currently looking to add a Resource Coordinator on a term (up to 16 months), based in Vaughan, ON.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting workforce planning and field operations in a construction or utility environment. This position plays a key role in coordinating workforce logistics, supporting apprenticeship compliance, and ensuring training and regulatory requirements are met to enable efficient and compliant project execution.
Review staffing requirements with supervisors and management and support workforce planning activities
Coordinate documentation and ensure adherence to applicable policies
Verify employee tool lists and ensure alignment with project and operational requirements
Assist with completion and submission of union and regulatory documentation
Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of training for internal, client, and regulatory requirements
Upload and maintain training records in systems such as ISN and TELDIG, and coordinate with Valard Training
Provide administrative support as required, including shipping coordination and phone coverage
Support CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration) compliance and manage associated training requirements
Review and verify documentation for employees exiting the organization; prepare and submit data to HR
3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within construction, utilities, or a related industry
- Experience supporting workforce coordination, training administration, or compliance-related activities
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and requirements within the electrical or utility sector
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of transportation compliance (CVOR) and training requirements
