About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with strong communication and sales skills to join our passionate and energetic team. This position plays a vital role in helping patients begin their smile journey by guiding them through treatment plans and financial options with warmth, confidence, and clarity.

Schedule :

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
• No evenings or weekends!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new patients to gather essential information and partner with the orthodontist to create compelling, customized treatment plans
• Present treatment and financial options with a consultative, solution-oriented approach that inspires confidence and drives case acceptance
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusting, long-term patient relationships
• Ensure all chart notes are accurate and complete
• Conduct follow-up with patients via phone, email, or text in a timely, professional manner
• Support front desk team as needed
• Other administrative or patient care duties as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years in a customer-facing, service, or sales role (any industry!)
• Strong consultative sales and/or negotiation skills
• Confidence in presenting options and building rapport with clients
• A learning and growth mindset - always looking for ways to improve, and step-up your game!
• Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or healthcare is an asset, but not required
