In-Store Sales Representative (Full-Time)

The Total Sanitation Services family of brands now has strategically located branches in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Oregon, and Texas. We are currently pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions of leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America. Our vision is to be North America's sanitation services provider of choice in the markets that we serve.

The Outside Sale Rep is responsible for driving new sales growth, following up on new and existing customers and achieving their weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.

The role will be focused on growing our business and will be responsible for becoming experts in identifying challenges that our existing and prospective customers face. Work collaboratively with the team to execute strategies to secure and close new business while providing our customers with the best experience possible.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and expanded business.

Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address customer needs.

Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and CRM utilization goals.

Collaborate with branch management and operations teams to ensure service is excellent for customers.

Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales progress in HubSpot CRM.

Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

3+ years of outside sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B environments.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door outreach and initiating contact with decision makers.
• Ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using CRM systems, quoting processes and tracking sales activity.
• Valid driver’s license, clean abstract and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
