What You'll Do:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our acquisition team. You'll work directly with high-value properties, engage in strategic negotiations, and help secure deals that will elevate our business. This is a commission-based role, offering limitless earning potential—your hard work will truly pay off. We provide you with cutting-edge AI tools and advanced lead-generation strategies, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Set Your Own Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of a flexible work schedule, while receiving training that empowers you to exceed your targets consistently.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: Start with commissions around $5K, with the ability to ramp up your earnings to $200-250K as you gain experience and handle larger deals.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of proven success in sales, with a track record of closing deals.
• Independent & Goal-Driven: Ability to work remotely and stay on track with minimal supervision.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to connect and build lasting relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: You should be comfortable navigating negotiations and developing strategies for success.
