Junior Sales Associate - Remote

We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
- Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
