This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
The Intern, Benefits Administrator is responsible for working on the management of the group benefits plans, wellness programs, and other programs and policies. The role supports the Benefits team on ongoing projects, such as the implementation of a new group with the administrator, as well as union negotiations, renewals, redesign, financial management of the plans, and review of policies and processes to ensure best practices. Help in the analysis of costs impact for negotiation of collective agreements
Solid analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English and French)*
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Administration, or equivalent
Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset
