The Benefits Specialist at AutoCanada plays a key role in supporting the administration and delivery of employee benefits programs across both unionized and non-unionized employee groups. This position ensures compliance with collective agreements, company policies, and applicable legislation, while providing exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.

Administer group benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.

Act as a primary contact for team members inquiries regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage.

Coordinate short-term and long-term disability claims, working closely with insurers, employees, and healthcare providers.

CHRP designation or working toward it is considered an asset.

Bilingualism (English/French).
