Manager Comptabilité & Finance (H/F)

United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to provide strategic leadership in the areas of finance, technology, and human resources. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer in achieving organizational goals.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Prepare quarterly financial statements, coordinate external audits, track donations, and maintain strong internal controls.

Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with human resources policies. Supervise information technology systems, office operations, purchasing activities, and general administrative functions.

Proven experience in finance and operations management;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE 50 Premium Accounting;
• Knowledge of non profit financial planning, fund accounting, and Canadian employment legislation;
• Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
