Account Manager

We are experiencing significant growth and require the talents of an Account Manager to help us retain & grow key accounts with North America's top independent investment broker/dealer firms.
If you believe that personal ownership of the client experience is what converts customers into apostles, this role is for you. The Account Manager ensures clients can't wait to buy more products, and that they see their needs in our evolving solutions; Client Advocate: Ensure internal functions at FEF understand customers' requirements and respond appropriately.
Work with Client Success team members to ensure training, support & projects meet client needs.
Work closely with the Product Delivery team to identify opportunities to improve client services.
Manage Client Relationships : All customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are documented, measured and managed.
Ongoing review and communication with all client contact points to improve FEF efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of service.
Work with technical decision makers and daily managers to monitor and manage SLAs for client success.
Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.
Leadership & Account Planning : Map client lifecycle and lead internal FEF resources and client contacts to achieve desired outcomes..
Collect data for Case Studies.
Including revenue forecasts by product line and aligning sales & marketing to account development plans.
Review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends.
Deep understanding and experience managing through CRM.
~ Experience in B2B technical sales or service.
