Attention is a marketing and technology company based in Moncton, New Brunswick, working with growing teams across Canada and the US. We bring strategy, creative, web, media, and automation under one roof, building the systems behind a brand's growth rather than running disconnected campaigns.

This is a full-time, permanent role with compensation based on experience. Work arrangement is hybrid or remote within Canada, depending on the right candidate.
You will own organic social for multiple client brands, from content calendars to community management. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
Schedule, publish, and manage day-to-day community engagement
Coordinate user-generated content and creator deliverables alongside our internal team
Light editing of photo and video assets for social formats
Spot trends and bring proactive content ideas to the table
1 to 3 years managing social media for brands or clients
- Strong writing skills and a flexible sense of brand voice
- Basic photo and video editing ability
- Bonus points
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
An interest in consumer brands and content that converts, not just content that looks good
Variety across marketing and technology, with clients from local businesses to national brands across Canada and the US
