We are hiring a high-ownership Operations Manager to build structure, drive accountability, and improve execution across the business.
You will not be maintaining systems — you will be building and improving them. Oversee daily business operations
Build and manage KPI dashboards
Team Management
Lead and manage remote team members
Conduct weekly performance check-ins
5+ years in operations or business management

Experience managing remote teams
Data-driven and performance-oriented
Available during US business hours

Someone who thinks like a business owner
Individuals who need constant direction
Those looking for a passive management position
Clear performance expectations
