The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and approachable Office Administrator with strong organizational and administrative skills. You’re someone who can work confidently on your own while also being a supportive and reliable team player. In this role, you’ll work closely with a professional team at all levels, from junior staff to senior leadership. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, takes initiative, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Here's what you’ll be doing at Kasian:

  • Greet visitors and act as the main point of contact for the office (phones, fobs, alarms)
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked, including supplies and weekly food orders
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, mail, and deliveries
  • Manage catering and occasional off-site food runs for the leadership team
  • Support general office maintenance and work with vendors/landlord when needed
  • Assist with memberships, events, and reception coverage when required

Health, Safety & Facilities
  • Support workplace safety (inspections, first aid, safety updates)
  • Manage building access and office equipment, including printers
  • Handle basic tech troubleshooting or coordinate support when needed

Team & Office Support
  • Send internal updates and help with admin tasks across teams
  • Plan staff events and support employee engagement activities

Onboarding
  • Help welcome new hires
  • Lead office tours

Here’s what you bring to Kasian:
  • 2+ years of admin or receptionist experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new tools

This is a general overview, and responsibilities may vary. Salary starts at $55,000+ per annum, based on a 40-hour work week. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, and skill set.
