Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on technology sales and account management. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for business development. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Duties
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and content for various platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Entry level is welcome
- With a background in Immigration Rules Policy and Procedure
