Senior Retail Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibility: Senior Retail Marketing Coordinator Are you passionate about advertising and looking to join a team where you can really grow and advance your career? Join Best Buy Ads as a senior retail marketing coordinator, and you will work on a variety of partner marketing campaigns from product launches to full-funnel brand and sales building campaigns. With responsibility for partner marketing success, you'll ensure flawless campaign execution and communication between internal partners and our brands. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes. • Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders across teams
• Develop and execute campaigns, including briefing, project management, submissions, approvals, and post-campaign reporting, while serving as the primary point of contact for project related questions
• Liaise with vendors and creative partners to gather marketing assets and provide clear marketing direction to internal partners
• Coordinate the completion of post-wrap up reports with visuals, channel-specific metrics and campaign analysis
• Support your Digital Retail team with category sales event and campaign execution as required
• Look for new and upsell opportunities to grow partner advertising investment

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing department
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with digital advertising tactics, including onsite and offsite search & display/video advertising
• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate to diverse business units
• High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and understands timelines and the orchestration of activities to ensure cross-channel alignment
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks in an ever changing and fast paced work environment
• Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Adobe Analytics
• 1+ year of experience in a retail environment
