Competitive Salary

Duration: 3 month (temp-to-perm role)

Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day with flexible scheduling

3 days per week in office

3 month contract with strong potential to be extended or conversion into FTE

• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Provide the HR Recruitment team support for acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to; recruitment support, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, offers and employee communications, etc.)

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

Conduct intake and regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Input and maintain employee records in Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate at all times

Create, update and distribute all HR related reports and metrics as required ad hoc or outlined in the HR Recruitment reporting schedule

Analyze HR Recruitment metrics and communicate trends

Act as a resource to stakeholders concerning internal recruitment policies and procedures

Participate in HR projects, if and when required

Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a definite asset

Understanding of acquisitions and dispositions is a definite asset

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience working with Workday is a definite asset
