Nous sommes à la recherche d'un administrateur ou d'une administratrice de la paie entièrement bilingue (anglais/français) qui contribuera activement au traitement de la paie et de sa mise en uvre, au rapprochement de fin d'exercice ainsi qu'à la simplification et l'optimisation de nos processus actuels en matière de paie.
ENTENTE DE TRAVAIL :
Ce poste fera l'objet d'une entente de travail hybride à raison de trois jours par semaine dans nos bureaux de Brampton, en Ontario, ou de Montréal, au Québec.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :
· Assurer le traitement complet de la paie toutes les semaines ou aux deux semaines pour les employés horaires et salariés syndiqués et non syndiqués, rapidement et avec précision.
· Gérer les demandes relatives aux feuilles de temps de divers sites et les résoudre, en veillant à ce que les feuilles approuvées soient soumises dans les délais et à l'intégration avec exactitude en aval et en amont dans les systèmes de paie.
· Effectuer la saisie des données dans ADP relatives au mouvement du personnel, aux nouvelles embauches et aux cessations d'emploi, en assurant une transition fluide et à jour des renseignements inhérents.
· Préparer et transmettre les rapports de remise à des tiers, au besoin.
· Produire en temps voulu divers rapports sur la paie (mensuels, trimestriels et annuels).
· Tenir des dossiers de paie complets à des fins d'audit, conformément aux exigences en matière de vérification et aux lois en vigueur.
· Superviser les processus de fin d'exercice, y compris la production des feuillets T4, RL-1, T2200 ainsi que les déclarations de revenus, et assurer le rapprochement des retenues à la source avec les versements effectués.
· Collaborer étroitement avec les services internes, y compris les ressources humaines, la comptabilité et les finances, et les opérations afin de recueillir toute information nécessaire au traitement de la paie et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
· Analyser régulièrement les flux de travail liés à la paie afin de corriger tout écart, d'en déterminer les causes fondamentales et de mettre en uvre des mesures correctives pour éviter toute situation éventuelle future.
· Effectuer des audits approfondis des données relatives à la paie afin de garantir le respect des exigences législatives et des politiques internes.
· Offrir un soutien rapide et efficace aux superviseurs et aux employés en réponse à toute question relative à la paie.
· Se tenir à jour de toutes modifications apportées aux lois canadiennes sur la paie et veiller à ce que les processus internes les respectent.
· Repérer et mettre en uvre de façon proactive les occasions d'amélioration et de simplification des processus de paie et en accroître l'efficacité.
· Assumer d'autres projets liés à la paie, au besoin.
EXIGENCES :
· De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience du cycle complet du traitement de la paie dans un milieu syndiqué et certification de l'Association canadienne de la paie
· Expérience préalable de l'utilisation du système ADP WFN un atout
· Expérience en matière de rapprochement de la paie, y compris les feuillets T4 et les retenues à la source
· Connaissances très approfondies des applications Excel et MS Office
· Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de jugement; précision du travail optimale et grand souci du détail
· Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler sous pression
· Sens aigu du service à la clientèle et capacité à établir des relations au sein de l'organisation
· Bilinguisme anglais-français obligatoire

We're looking for a fully bilingual (English/French) Payroll Administrator who will be involved with payroll processing, implementation, year-end reconciliation and helping to streamline and improve our current payroll processes.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
This role will be on hybrid arrangement, working out of either our Brampton, ON or Montreal, QC office 3 times per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Full-cycle payroll processing on a weekly/biweekly basis for both unionized and non-unionized hourly and salaried employees, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
· Address and resolve timecard inquiries from various locations, ensuring that approved timecards are submitted on time and that valid data is accurately transferred to/from payroll systems.
· Manage ADP data input for employee changes, new hires, and terminations, ensuring the seamless flow and maintenance of employee information.
· Prepare and submit third-party remittance reports as required.
· Generate various payroll reports on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Maintain comprehensive payroll records for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
· Oversee year-end processes, including T4s, RL-1s, T2200s, and tax filings, and reconcile source deductions with remittance data.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments such as HR, Accounting/Finance, and Operations to gather the necessary information for payroll processing and to resolve any issues.
· Regularly assess payroll workflows to identify and address discrepancies by analyzing data, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
· Conduct thorough audits of payroll data to ensure compliance with both legislative requirements and internal policies.
· Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries and requests from managers and employees.
· Stay informed about changes in Canadian payroll legislation and ensure payroll processes remain compliant.
· Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance overall efficiency.
· Take on additional payroll-related projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 - 5 years full cycle payroll processing experience in a unionized environment, with a Canadian Payroll designation (PCP)
· Previous experience using ADP WFN is an asset
· Experience with payroll reconciliations including T4's and source deductions
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS office applications
· Excellent analytical, problem solving/judgement skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships across the organization
· Must be fully bilingual with English and French
