Gorgias marketing has historically been demand-gen led fueling strong SMB growth.
As we evolve toward Conversational Commerce our biggest opportunity is to educate merchants on how AI can transform the way their customers shop from transactional to conversational experiences.
Were now looking for a product marketing leader who can turn this vision into clear positioning compelling narratives and effective enablement for our fast-growing mid-market and enterprise segments.
