Marketing Manager I

This senior position will lead Marketing for Keller Executive Search in Toronto, Canada, shaping strategy, building scalable processes, and partnering across the firm to deliver measurable impact.

Define the Marketing vision, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to business goals.

• Build and lead a high‑performing Marketing team; Own Marketing KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for Marketing across regions.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the Marketing portfolio.

7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing with 4+ years leading managers.

• Proven track record building programs at regional or global scale.
• ability to translate data into decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; C$160,000–C$200,000 CAD
