Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

Reporting to the Central Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist will support the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Supplier Management: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key MRO and spare parts suppliers. Negotiate all commercial terms to drive cost savings.
Ensure the timely placement of purchase orders and the resolution of vendor disputes or supply chain bottlenecks.
Integrate sustainability into the supply chain by identifying and prioritizing vendors who align with our vision and values.
Inventory Management & Optimization

Identify opportunities to reduce inventory carrying costs and improve inventory turnover ratios without compromising mill reliability.
Maintain strict segregation of duties by not holding ERP permissions for physical goods receipt or shipping, master data entry or deletion of obsolete items.
Foster a culture of mutual respect and inclusion within the procurement team, collaborating across departments to achieve sustainable business success.
3+ years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.

• Proven experience in supplier management and strategic sourcing.
