GTM Operations Specialist

As a GTM Ops Specialist in our Sales Support and Compliance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, adjustments, all the while supporting the local North American sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. You'll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
• Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
• Process hardware shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries.
• Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

• Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
• Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
• Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

What you need to bring:

• Ability to thrive under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
• Excellent judgment and an ability to resolve conflict quickly and efficiently
• High attention to detail
• Stellar time management and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple mandates under tight deadlines
• Comfortable in technical environments
• Remarkable communication skills
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Beginner experience in an administrative function
• Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
