Trifactor Creative is seeking a high-performing Growth Account Executive to drive new business revenue within franchise brands and multi-location enterprises. This is not a transactional sales role. We partner with CMOs, Heads of Franchise Development, and executive leadership teams to deliver strategic, retainer-based video marketing solutions that drive measurable growth. If you are confident generating your own pipeline, leading consultative conversations, and closing high-value engagements — this role is built for you.
Build and manage a strong pipeline in HubSpot
Consistent outbound prospecting and relationship-building
Strong pipeline creation and accurate forecasting
Confident presentation of strategic marketing solutions
Long-term client partnerships (not one-off projects)
4+ years of B2B sales experience (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, media, or professional services
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
- Proactive, self-directed, and performance-driven
Background in SaaS (HubSpot, Salesforce ecosystem) or agency sales
High-performance, collaborative team environment
BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
