Procurement Specialist
We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Third-Party Risk Management team. Administration of contracts, conducting ongoing due diligence, updating policies and programs as regulations change, assisting with contract negotiations, quarterly reporting to sub committees, and managing the data in the governance, risk and compliance tool
Manage endâtoâend procurement activities including requisition intake, sourcing, purchase order execution, and contract administration
Support business units with negotiating pricing, terms, conditions, and service levels with suppliers to achieve bestâvalue outcomes
Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits or reporting requests as required
Use digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members’ banking needs, and enhance the member experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Risk, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a regulated or riskâaware environment, with preference for service-related industries
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI)
