Reporting to the SVP of Sales, we are hiring a Bilingual Sales Executive, AdTech (French/English) to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue by selling our managed services and self-serve solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle focusing on solution selling, acquiring new clients, and expanding relationships with existing ones. This full-time remote opportunity supports clients in Quebec and requires travel to client sites in the province. Join a newly transformed sales team under the leadership of a dynamic new CRO, supported by a dedicated Sales Enablement team. This role offers a clear path for advancement, with the opportunity to become a Senior Account Executive, Director of Sales, and ultimately Vice President.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle. You will manage the entire sales process, including identifying, pitching, and closing deals with agencies and brands. You will develop new business to meet sales quotas, targeting potential prospects and leveraging qualified leads from our pre-sales team. You will work closely with our Account Managers, Marketing, Product and Campaign Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.

You will use your knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem to provide prospects and clients with strategic insights and innovative solutions that enhance their digital strategies.

You are results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets. You are a proactive hunter with a passion for seeking new opportunities and building relationships; You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales, successfully managing sales cycles, and driving revenue with clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations. While experience in programmatic sales is essential, we welcome candidates who bring that expertise from various industries, including publishers, traditional media, or digital advertising.

You have insights into marketing, specifically the ups and downs and unique needs of clients in Quebec. You have experience with trends and industry standards in advertising that may include publishers or direct clients, agencies or technology providers or digital or traditional media channels.

The technical proficiency. You are familiar with the digital media landscape and are proficient with CRM tools. You are comfortable using MS Office. You can grasp complex technical details and translate them into valuable, easily understood client insights.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. You are naturally curious and can channel your inquisitiveness into asking probing questions that build connections, uncover true motivations, and lead to long-term relationships. You are highly coachable and committed to personal growth, always looking for ways to improve and learn. You can balance multiple deals at different stages while maintaining attention to detail, always prioritizing the customer's objectives.

You can travel to client sites as needed.
