We’re a UK cleaning company and we’re hiring a Service Sales Executive to help customers choose the right services and secure bookings efficiently. You’ll guide customers through their options, handle incoming leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Engage and convert customer leads.
Keep detailed CRM records.
Support customers throughout the booking process.
Fully remote role.
~Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct service sales with proven performance.
- Professional and articulate English communication, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently in a remote role.
- Successful track record in phone-based sales, consistently hitting targets.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experienced in CRM systems for managing leads and customer interactions.
