Sales Manager & Director (m/f/d) full time

Description Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, we are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager who is responsible for developing new business through proactive and reactive sales strategies and efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction to external clients and internal partners with the goal of garnering both repeat and referral business.

Always provide the highest quality of service to our guests and associates alike, setting a shining example for our team.

• Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communication.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a sharp focus on detail.
• Satisfactorily maintain any existing assigned accounts/segments and work diligently to develop new business for the hotel. Consistently attain sales activity goals and individual revenue goals including - but not limited to
• - proactive and reactive calls, site inspections and client entertainment and appointments required for this position.
• Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (i.e. Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process, etc.) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies (i.e. Marketing Plan, rates, budgeted goals, etc.). Implement these tools and resources in order to accomplish individual and team goals and efficiently complete job duties.
• Participate in industry and networking events to promote the hotel as required.
• Ability to travel to related industry events, conduct personal sales calls and presentations.

A Hospitality or Tourism program graduate or degree holder.

Resilient and positive with a results-oriented mentality, passionate about achieving goals through planning and accomplishing targeted sales activities and the pursuit of new business leads.

Agile, and able to shift priorities as needed.

Able to attend industry or client events, sometimes during evenings or weekends.
