Human Resources Coordinator - Full time (Remote)

At Turner & Townsend, Human Resources (HR) is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. The HR Coordinator will administer important functions, such as onboarding, compensation, payroll, and benefits. You will support local as well as remotely located team members across Canada.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation, and handling large datasets.
High attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple HR systems and reports.
Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee terms and conditions, organizational chart, and contribute to the development of policies.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in employee database and electronic employee files.
Prepare and maintain documents and templates such as project assignment letters and employment changes within HR information systems.
Oversee and handle all training logistics for workshops held onsite and offsite.
Request and maintain reports from centralized reporting team related to the HR function.
Maintain the internal HR SharePoint and organization of files for easy access, efficiency, and audit purposes.
Relevant administrative experience in Human Resources or related field, including compliance requirements across Canada; Ability to handle heavy workload with competing priorities and short time frames, and routinely meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems, PowerApps and Power BI is a plus.
The base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year. 100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services)
