- 3 years of leadership experience managing a department or branch within the insurance industry
- Proven knowledge in ICBC Commercial (Fleet) and Habitational insurance
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to meet financial and operational goals
- Ability to speak Punjabi is considered an asset for this branch supporting service to a diverse client community
As Branch Manager youll oversee all aspects of branch leadership-- from business planning and performance to team development and operational execution.
Business and Financial:
Develop and execute an annual business plan in partnership with the AVP & VPs to achieve revenue profitability retention and growth targets: new business retention cross-selling or adding additional products to ensure clients are properly covered for risks and client experience
Monitor branch financials (P&L) identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage expenses responsibly
Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities to obtain new clients
Strengthening HUBs local presence through community engagement and business networking
Provide ongoing feedback support and professional development opportunities including cross-training leadership growth and branch succession planning
Conduct regular team meetings and maintain clear transparent communication across all levels including but not limited to one on ones coaching performance management quarterly reviews and clear documentation in collaboration with our HR partners
Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring alignment with HUBs standards for branding professionalism and client service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The expected salary range for this position is $80000 to $95000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
