Competition # 24-135 Compensation $50,100 - $57,000 Classification Administrative 2 Location Hybrid Remote Period of Employment Permanent Hours Per Week 37.5 Hours of Work Full Time Date Posted July 31, 2024 Closing Date August 21, 2024 About the Opportunity The primary purpose of the Community Services Administrative Coordinator is to provide high quality and timely administrative, financial, and coordinating services and support a growing team. The position is responsible for preparing and managing a wide variety of routine and confidential documents and correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets, coordinating meetings and travel plans, managing calendars and general administrative functions.
