Are you a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business? As CTO, you will spearhead our technological strategy, with a strong focus on backend systems, while leveraging a broad understanding of various technologies to drive innovation. You’ll play a key role in delivering digital transformation solutions for our clients, combining strategic thinking, technical excellence, and business insight.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals.
Oversee the development, optimization, and scalability of backend systems (priority focus).
Apply a broad knowledge of technologies (AI, data, integration, cloud, etc.) to design innovative solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and enforce best practices.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support client needs and company goals.
Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation solutions.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
Exceptional expertise in backend development, including modern frameworks, tools, and system architecture.
Broad understanding of various technologies, such as AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and system integration.
Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
Deep knowledge of API design, database systems, and scalable infrastructure.
Experience in assessing and implementing emerging technologies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset paired with business acumen.
Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives from ideation to execution.
Process-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
