Supports the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to private banking clients. Provides a superior level of courteous, knowledgeable and professional service to all existing and potential clients displaying a comprehensive knowledge of products. Identifies customer needs and matches with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques, including making referrals to other BMO employees.

Provides outstanding customer service through greeting and serving the transactional banking needs of all private banking clients promptly, courteously, knowledgeably and professionally, always striving to exceed customer expectations.

Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.

Strives to exceed client service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.

Provides timely, accurate service and support to Private Bankers by completing a wide variety of credit, non-credit, and related activities.

Adheres to all banking, investment and lending regulations, Policies and Procedures, legal and ethical requirements, process requirements, bank guidelines and established risk guidelines.

Follows security and safeguarding procedures and applies appropriate due diligence for the prevention of loss due to fraud, counterfeiting money laundering or defalcation in accordance with Bank policy.

Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

Typically between 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working knowledge of personal (primarily) banking products and services.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
