Du verantwortest die CRM-Architektur end-to-end : saubere Daten, smarte Automationen, klare Dashboards und messbaren Umsatz-Impact. Dein Ziel: mehr Speed im Vertrieb, weniger Reibung in Prozessen, volle Transparenz in Zahlen .
Deine täglichen To-Dos (Ownership)
CRM-Management: Close, HubSpot & Pipedrive strukturieren, Pipelines/Stages/Properties, Lead-Routing, SLA-Regeln, Data Hygiene.
Automatisierung & KI: Flows mit Make/Zapier , Webhooks, Scoring, Auto-Tasks, E-Mail/WA-Sequenzen
Integrationen: Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, Payment, Ads- Platforms , Airtable/Notion – bidirektionale Syncs & deduplizierte Datensätze.
Analytics & Dashboards: Conversion-Ketten,, Excel/Sheets/Airtable-Dashboards inkl. Alerts.
Prozessoptimierung: Eng mit Sales/AM zusammen – Bottlenecks erkennen, SOPs & Playbooks bauen, A/B-Tests.
Training & Support: Enablement für Sales/AM (Kurz-Guides, Looms, Playbooks)
Kundenschulungen zu CRM (Close/HubSpot): praxisnahe Workshops & kurze Loom-Guides zu Setup, Best Practices, KPI-Dashboards und täglicher Nutzung inkl. Q&A.
Funnel Building (OnePage/Elementor): Landingpages/One-Pager erstellen, CRO-Tests, Tracking-Setup, handover ins CRM.
Google Workspace: Struktur, Rechte, Automationen (Sheets/Drive), Template-Library pflegen.
Das erwartet DICH
CRM-Management: Close/HubSpot so aufsetzen, dass Betreuung & Vertrieb maximal effizient laufen.
Technische Expertise: KI + Automatisierung nutzen, um Routine zu eliminieren und Qualität zu erhöhen.
Datenanalyse: Insights aus CRM-Daten gewinnen und in umsetzbare Maßnahmen übersetzen.
Prozessoptimierung: Reibungsverluste entfernen, Durchlaufzeiten senken, Abschlussraten erhöhen.
Schulungen & Support: Team sicher in Systemen machen – schnell, pragmatisch, dokumentiert.
- Marketing-Tech-Affinität & tiefes CRM-Know-how (bevorzugt Close , gern HubSpot).
- Profi in Make oder Zapier (APIs, Webhooks, Error-Handling, Versionierung).
- 3–5+ Jahre RevOps/CRM/Automation (idealerweise Coaching/Finance/Immo).
- Sehr starke Excel/Sheets-Skills (Pivot, Query, Regex, Modellierung) & Dashboarding .
- Erfahrung mit KI-Anwendungen zur Workflow-Beschleunigung (z. B. Auto-Tags, Notes, Scoring).
- Saubere Daten-Denke : Dedupe, Mappings, Schemas, Naming-Konventionen.
- Strukturierte Doku (SOPs, Runbooks) & klare Kommunikation (DE C1+).
- Starker System-Denker, dokumentiert sauber, spricht Sales-und-Marketing.
- „Builder-Typ“: baut schnell V1, misst, iteriert.
Nice to have
Erfahrung mit Airtable/Notion als Ops-Layer, Typeform/ManyChat, Google Tag Manager / UTM-Attribution.
Grundverständnis B2B-Sales-Funnel & High-Ticket-Leadgen.
