Growth Operations Manager (Remote - Canada)
We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join our high impact Growth team here at Ground News. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our marketing engine forward by combining data, tools, and process optimization. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to use data to uncover opportunities, streamline operations and deliver measurable results.
Own marketing attribution and performance reporting across our influencer and paid ads channels
Analyze campaign data to surface insights, spot trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Support the growth team by answering key questions using SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and other tools
Identify and lead growth experiments that improve funnel performance and operational efficiency
Build internal tools, improve workflows, and help optimize content and conversion across marketing touch points
3 years of experience in analytics, growth operations, consulting, or a related data-focused role

• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel/Sheets
• Solid understanding of growth and marketing metrics (e.g., Dive deep into the Ground News product and ecosystem

Get up to speed on our tools, data infrastructure, and reporting processes
Bonus Points:
A proven track record of using data to influence strategy and drive measurable impact
Experience collaborating with developers and understanding the product development lifecycle
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
