Working Operations Manager - Night Shift

Reporting to the operations manager and collaborating with other supervisors, the incumbent in this position will have the following main responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and mobilize operations employees during their respective shifts.
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, standards, and regulations, actively participating in their improvement (occupational health and safety, BRCGS standards, HACCP, etc.).
Participate in managing disciplinary cases and complaints in collaboration with management and the human resources department.
Contribute to the implementation of corrective measures.
Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
Ensure that employees have received the necessary training and information to perform their work.
Communicate relevant information to other shifts.
Contribute to achieving objectives and continuous performance improvement.
Approve hours for employees assigned to the shift.
Temporarily replace the warehouse manager in the absence of the director of operations (due to leave, vacations, etc.).
Between three (3) and five (5) years of relevant experience in warehousing or any related field.
Experience in employee management and supervision.
Work planning and organization.
Prioritization management.
Customer service orientation.
Spoken and written language (English).
Proficiency with general computer skills (MS Office suite, virtual cloud documentation, etc.).
Knowledge of HACCP standards (an asset).
Availability to perform replacements as needed.
