Sales Representative- Construction markets

The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. We are seeking a Territory Sales Account Executive to lead sales efforts with contractors across a regional territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing relationships, with a strong focus on growing adoption and revenue within your accounts. You will be expected to combine a hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills to maximize impact in your region.
Own a defined territory, developing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and regional networking.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and demos to contract negotiation and close.
Educate prospective customers on the value of Bridgit Bench, tailoring messaging to business and operational priorities.
Balance volume and quality—managing multiple shorter sales cycles while ensuring a consultative approach.
Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to run regional campaigns and events that drive pipeline.
Accurately manage forecasts, activities, and opportunity data within Salesforce.
Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.
2–4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience running sales cycles in the 30–90 day range with deal sizes typically between $10k–$50K ARR.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills—comfortable creating your own opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
