Our company is looking for a Wealth Director – Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out a pipeline of companies looking for liquidity solutions;
  • Conduct meetings in person, on the phone and through web based platforms;
  • Expected to host meetups, travel to conferences and major relevant networking events and seminars to help build the brand and meet prospects;
  • Represent Coinsquare at events and conferences, get amongst the industry across Toronto;
  • Prospect and create new business relationships across Canada and the United States.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and able to grow their book independently;
  • Great phone presence on top of the ability to run efficient and effective meetings and seminars;
  • Passion for relationship building, and know-how to do it right;
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude and motivated to build the business;
  • 2+ years of previous B2B sales experience, both hunting and managing a pipeline;
  • Previous experience in the financial services or tech sector is a bonus;
  • Proven track record (achievement of metrics/KPIs) of successfully closing sales and seeking out referrals.
