Wealth Director – Sales Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Wealth Director – Sales to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build out a pipeline of companies looking for liquidity solutions;
- Conduct meetings in person, on the phone and through web based platforms;
- Expected to host meetups, travel to conferences and major relevant networking events and seminars to help build the brand and meet prospects;
- Represent Coinsquare at events and conferences, get amongst the industry across Toronto;
- Prospect and create new business relationships across Canada and the United States.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and able to grow their book independently;
- Great phone presence on top of the ability to run efficient and effective meetings and seminars;
- Passion for relationship building, and know-how to do it right;
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude and motivated to build the business;
- 2+ years of previous B2B sales experience, both hunting and managing a pipeline;
- Previous experience in the financial services or tech sector is a bonus;
- Proven track record (achievement of metrics/KPIs) of successfully closing sales and seeking out referrals.
