Our company is looking for a senior sales manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple new business pursuits simultaneously;
- Develop and sell real value-based solutions that support clients’ business growth;
- Establish Trusted Advisor relationships with customers to acquire Joint Development Agreements and production orders;
- Drive revenue growth and support the organization in reaching its defined annual revenue goals;
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with others;
- Utilize a variety of tools to conduct research (e.g. competitive and industry analyses), and then summarize and synthesize findings;
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through speaking with clients and/or prospects;
- Develop proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for presentation to customers;
- Develop, manage and report on SA’s pipeline of new business opportunities and pursuits.
Requirements:
- Well developed negotiation, problem solving, and people management skills;
- 3 – 5 years technical sales experience, preferably working with new ventures;
- Successful implementation of project based work;
- Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects;
- Proven ability to identify client needs and issues and convert outcomes into actionable requirements (for feature enhancement).
