Our company is looking for a senior sales manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple new business pursuits simultaneously;
  • Develop and sell real value-based solutions that support clients’ business growth;
  • Establish Trusted Advisor relationships with customers to acquire Joint Development Agreements and production orders;
  • Drive revenue growth and support the organization in reaching its defined annual revenue goals;
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with others;
  • Utilize a variety of tools to conduct research (e.g. competitive and industry analyses), and then summarize and synthesize findings;
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through speaking with clients and/or prospects;
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for presentation to customers;
  • Develop, manage and report on SA’s pipeline of new business opportunities and pursuits.

Requirements:

  • Well developed negotiation, problem solving, and people management skills;
  • 3 – 5 years technical sales experience, preferably working with new ventures;
  • Successful implementation of project based work;
  • Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects;
  • Proven ability to identify client needs and issues and convert outcomes into actionable requirements (for feature enhancement).
