Our company is looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely provide coaching and feedback to other trainers delivering instructor-led programs and onsite train-the-trainer sessions;
  • Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and influence the learning strategy through effective communication;
  • Measure effectiveness of training programs and develop reports and comprehensive programs analysis;
  • Other related duties as necessary;
  • Own our agent training strategy and execution across North America;
  • Responsible and accountable for the learning and business performance of our US agent training vertical;
  • Partner with internal teams on the design, creation, delivery and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions;
  • Responsible for both on boarding and ongoing development of our travel agent as improvements to process, policy, and tooling are available.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills;
  • Experience developing training materials used both via webinars & in-person;
  • Superior organizational and computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint, G suite);
  • Comfortable working in a startup culture – fast paced environment / multi-tasking required;
  • 10 years travel industry experience with a focus on training & sales development;
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and travel as required;
  • Brownie Points: Bilingual — oral and written communication skills in English and French;
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently detail with a keen attention to detail.
