Renewals Account Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Renewals Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make every potential Dropbox customer happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close;
- Develop a thorough understanding of Dropbox products and maintenance contracts;
- Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities, and t ransfer upsell leads as appropriate in a timely manner;
- Own, drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with the broader account team;
- Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- Account management experience;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;
- A mbitious drive and experience in a goal-driven environment;
- Commercial /Negotiation experience preferred;
- Track record of success & impact;
- Enjoy being measured against a quota and activity metrics (cold calls, emails, meetings, etc.);
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales , or lead generation;
- P rospecting experience (cold calls/emails);
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
