Our company is looking for a Renewals Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make every potential Dropbox customer happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Dropbox products and maintenance contracts;
  • Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities, and t ransfer upsell leads as appropriate in a timely manner;
  • Own, drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with the broader account team;
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • Account management experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;
  • A mbitious drive and experience in a goal-driven environment;
  • Commercial /Negotiation experience preferred;
  • Track record of success & impact;
  • Enjoy being measured against a quota and activity metrics (cold calls, emails, meetings, etc.);
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales , or lead generation;
  • P rospecting experience (cold calls/emails);
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
