Our company is looking for a Account Executive, Education to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build the vertical business case and achieve quarterly forecasts for Education initiatives, pipeline development, sales;
  • Full-cycle sales with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals;
  • Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, recruiting, and more;
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team;
  • Believe no task is too small, and no task is too tall;
  • Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Dropbox for Business;
  • Work cross-functionally with Lead Generation, Account Management, and Solutions Architecture teams;
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business;
  • Sell Dropbox for Business to the education industry- with special emphasis on the college and university and school district segments;
  • Lead by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative;
  • Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Drive market awareness and cultivate a well-respected brand across the education industry for Dropbox for Business;
  • Delight every Dropbox user with each interaction.

Requirements:

  • Avid Dropbox user;
  • Prior experience at Internet or SaaS companies is a major plus;
  • 2-4 years of sales experience;
  • Top performer in previous roles;
  • Direct selling experience to CIO’s and IT Directors of higher educational institutions and community colleges preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Passionate about revolutionizing the way people collaborate.
