Our company is looking for a Account Manager (Toronto) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key partners, lead business reviews, and recurring check-ins;
  • P&L Management: Contribute to and maintain monthly / annual forecasts for portfolio of partners;
  • Contribute to growth opportunity identification, qualification, and sales funnel processes;
  • Meet or exceed revenue, conversion and penetration targets for existing partners;
  • Ongoing teaming with internal Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver against partner priorities;
  • Build custom needs-based, consultative sales presentations;
  • Understanding of marketing best practices and ability to influence partner decisions for marketing channel allocation / placement;
  • Serve as relationship leader for partners, owning the relationships with their project leaders and across their teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of related business experience and a track record of continuous professional development;
  • Consistent over-achiever against sales targets / KPIs;
  • Travel industry and Financial Services / Lending experience preferred;
  • Strong self-starter that takes initiative and identifies opportunities to expand contribution to the organization;
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills (bilingual English / French a plus);
  • Trusted Advisor: proven ability to interact with and gain the trust of clients;
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field from an accredited college or university;
  • Demonstrates significant expertise in managing external partner relationships, including business development and growth.
