Our company is looking for a Order Processing Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Distributing department mail twice a day;
  • Double checks all Pos to ensure 100% accuracy;
  • Forwarding e-mails to the correct department;
  • Reviews all shipping and order details (shipping requirements, product information, special discounts);
  • Confirms and double checks commission invoices for government orders;
  • Touches base with customers or sales representatives via e-mail to inquire about missing information or unclear details on the files;
  • Organized return letters, verifies customer information, and attaches corresponding order prior to data entry;
  • Receptionist duties when needed for coverage;
  • Maintaining computer files to ensure organization;
  • Entering Pos into SyteLine within 24 hours of receiving it.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative duties;
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office. SyteLine is an asset;
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (50 WPM);
  • A high school diploma or certificate from a college specializing in clerical or customer service.
