Order Processing Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Order Processing Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Distributing department mail twice a day;
- Double checks all Pos to ensure 100% accuracy;
- Forwarding e-mails to the correct department;
- Reviews all shipping and order details (shipping requirements, product information, special discounts);
- Confirms and double checks commission invoices for government orders;
- Touches base with customers or sales representatives via e-mail to inquire about missing information or unclear details on the files;
- Organized return letters, verifies customer information, and attaches corresponding order prior to data entry;
- Receptionist duties when needed for coverage;
- Maintaining computer files to ensure organization;
- Entering Pos into SyteLine within 24 hours of receiving it.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in administrative duties;
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office. SyteLine is an asset;
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (50 WPM);
- A high school diploma or certificate from a college specializing in clerical or customer service.
