Deal Processing Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Deal Processing Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Branch Managers, Administrators and Accounting regarding trades and agents;
- Other duties as assigned by management;
- Candidate should know how to read and understand an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation), Fintrac ID etc;
- Process real estate transactions (Lonewolf software);
- Process all type of transaction Sales, Leases, Builders and referral;
- Follow-up on commission cheques and confirmation of closing;
- Send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages;
- Candidate should know how to read a Lonewolf Trade sheet.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills;
- Minimum 4 -6 years’ experience in the real estate industry;
- Must have experience using Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, BrokerWolf, LoanWolf;
- Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Excellent customer service and people skills;
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required;
- Independent worker and team player.
