Our company is looking for a Deal Processing Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Branch Managers, Administrators and Accounting regarding trades and agents;
  • Other duties as assigned by management;
  • Candidate should know how to read and understand an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation), Fintrac ID etc;
  • Process real estate transactions (Lonewolf software);
  • Process all type of transaction Sales, Leases, Builders and referral;
  • Follow-up on commission cheques and confirmation of closing;
  • Send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages;
  • Candidate should know how to read a Lonewolf Trade sheet.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills;
  • Minimum 4 -6 years’ experience in the real estate industry;
  • Must have experience using Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, BrokerWolf, LoanWolf;
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Excellent customer service and people skills;
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required;
  • Independent worker and team player.
